Add a new Ticket

URL Query Parameters

  • priority_id - The tax rate as a percentage integer ie 20.
  • status - The ticket status id
  • subject - The ticket subject id
  • admin_user_id - The admin user id of the person raising the ticket

Send a Set Message

POST /rest/ticket/{id}/sendsetmessage/{sub_id}.json

Send a new Message or Reply

URL Query Parameters

  • message - The message you wish to send
  • internal - Is this an internal message 1 = yes, 0 = no
